How do you get an ink cartrige they shipped replaced? It is broken.

If you purchased the ink cartridge from a retail store, you'll need to get it replaced directly from the store as per their return or exchange policy. If it was purchased from HP, I can assist you with the replacement process.

To locate your account, please provide 

Your registered email address 

Your Instant Ink account ID 

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
