Could you tell me how to access your message? There is an envelope icon on this page and there is a new message, but when I click on it, nothing happens. Thanks!

The private message icon just disappeared, so there's no way I can click on it. Furthermore, my previous complaint was that even though the icon was there, it was impossible to click on it (nothing happened; it was the same as clicking on any white spot of the pase)
