CARTRIDGE PROBLEM

I BOUGHT THE INK FOR MY PRINTER, PUT THEM IN AND IS TELLING ME THAT PINK AND YELLOW IS NOT WORKING I CLEAN EVERYTHING AND DO NOT WORK. I RETURN THE CARTRIDGE AND THEY GIVE ME A NEW ONE BUT IS STILL SAID THETA  PINK AND YELLOW INK APPEAR RO BE DAMAGED FOR THE THIRD TIME.
