IN USA THE COMPATIBLE CARTRIDGE FO RTHIS PRINTER IS 64XL. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND IT IN EUROPE. WHAT IA A COMPATIBLE CARTRIDGE FOR THIS PRINTER THAT CAN BE FOUDN IN EUROPE?

The printer uses HP 303/303XL Black and Tricolor ink cartridges in Europe. Refer to the document HP Printers - Which cartridges work with my HP printer?  for details.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to make the HP 303 cartridges work on the printer as you have moved countries.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

i have followed the suggested steps to change region for the printer but still the printer is saying...
