Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the ink cartridges included with my new HP Office Pro 6978 ran out and, replaced them with new HP 902XL (906XL black) cartridges from amazon (the type specified by HP). Several NEW blue/cyan cartridges simply never printed; the other colors did just fine on a print test page.  I have followed all the 'fix it' steps on the HP web 'virtual adviser' site, but there is no fix.
