Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have continued to have issues with the blue not printing - new cartridges, cleaning, etc. etc.  I am paying alot for the ink services to keep having issues with not being able to print my documents using any blue.  I am beyond frustrated.  I see this is an issue with other people, as well.  My printer is older but should not be having this issue!
