HP LaserJet Pro 500 color MFP M570dw

After we had vertical lines on our prints we were advised to clean the transfer belt. We have done this with air and a soft cloth with alcohol. We also did clean (after removing the toner units, fuser unit and transfer belt) the printer itself with air. After this the vertical lines on the prints were gone. However the colors ar no longer aligned. We have run the color calibration function numerous times. But the colors are still not aligned. At the bottem end of te transfer belt we have cleaned 2 sensors, I think . . . As far is I can see the printer has printed approximately 35.000 copys so far. As I understand the transfer belt only needs to be replaced after approximately 150.000 copys. What can we do to get the colors aligned and the printer up and running again? Thanks in advance for your support!

The calibration sensors are not built into the transfer belt, they are on the registration assembly just under the transfer belt. Being optical sensors it is very easy for them to become polluted.

Hello Repairatrooper, thanks for your comment. Strangely this morning the color prints were much better than yesterday. I will try to clean the sensors on the registration assembly any way. I will let you know if this solves our issue with the color allignment permenently. Regards, Marijn.

19-07-2023 Update (later on the day)

Hello Rapairatrooper, most prints are near to descent. When we trie to print photo's (jpg) it is going horribly wrong. I have (tried to) clean(ed) the sesors of the registration assembly. I hope it is (seen from the front of te printer) situated on the lower right side of the transfer belt, there where you can slide a black cover (to expose the sensors). I have added the printout of the diagnostics page and the demo page. Both not perfect but descent. I have also added the original of a photo and the printout of the photo to the MFP M570dw. Can you draw a conclusion from thiese printouts? I hope you can help me.

I just saw that two files were not uploaded correctly. I hope someone can draw a conclusion based on these files.
