Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9720 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I have failed to access the ink cartridges of HP officejet pro 9720 (938 series). 

Can I return it and I get a replacement since the warranty period is still available!?

HP Support and Retailers: Visit the HP Support page https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_8845841-8845826-16 to find genuine HP cartridges and locate authorised retailers in your region.

 

Local electronics stores: Check with local electronics or computer accessory stores in Uganda, as they often stock HP printer cartridges.
