Can't finish instant 8nk enrollment

Can't finish inc enrollment isn't inconvenient and it keeps saying that it's in and enrolled in another account it is not about the printer and then they took the enrollment off and remove the printer [Personal Information Removed] I've been doing this for a week with no help from virtual or call it if you all cannot then you all need to stop letting people sign up for instant ink if they cannot get through this you didn't buy the printer you didn't buy The ink for the tge printer.. so why is HP causing more issues than need be .what are you all doing
