Hi everyone, first of all, excuse my english, i'm french. 

Recently I can't print colours anymore from my computer BUT I can copy et print colours directly from the printer or from my android phone or ipad. 

There are no colours when I print a test page from windows or HP smart. Even the preview appears in black and white. I'm not sure because i don't print very often, but I think it began after the last windows update. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the software/pilots but it still doesn't work....

In the defaut settings, I can't any colour parameter (colour/black & white, greyscale...).

Do you have any clue of how I can fix this ? Thank you very much
