Hello
The color ink set-up cartridge that came with my printer was not functional. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement, however they also sent me packaging to return the defective cartridge. The problem is that the customer service rep that I spoke to did not mention that I would be required to return the old cartridge, so i had already gotten rid of it. Will i be penalized or charged for the replacement if I do not return the old one?
