I want to cancel my instant ink subscription and HP could not be making this more difficult.  This seems to be a common issue and known to HP.  Sign-in & cancel subscription consistently returns the error, "500- internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."

 

Outreach to HP is being ignored.  Any help and easy solution would be appreciated.  Thank you.

There were issues with many HP websites the other day -- should be cleared by now.

 

If you have not done so, clear cache / cookies on your browser.

Next,

Consider Restarting everything, or Restart at least as much as you are willing to do.

 

True: "HP Support" is not a direct line to HP Instant Ink Support - different animal.
