I cancelled my ink subscription and had to hire a professional to set up my printer so that I could use it with regular HP ink I bought from a store. That is unacceptable- especially when I chose to do this to save money! Additionally, there is still ink in the subscription cartridges and that is wasteful. I do not have envelopes to return them either. I think I should be given a month or two of free monthly charges back to my credit card. This leaves a terrible taste in my mouth for future HP products!!!
