We closed the business which we had enrolled in InstaInk.  I cancelled instaink and I am using the printer personally.  There are good cartridges in the printer, I have several backup cartridges and I will be buying new ones as needed, personally.  Today the printer will not print with a message that it has to be enrolled in Instaink.  WHY?

My mother-in-law cancelled her Instant Ink enrolment only now to find herself unable to print because of it.  There remains ink in the cartridges.  How can this be fixed?!?!??
