HP Office Jet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have an HP Office Jet 3830 printer that does Print, Fax, Scan and Copy (All in One).  I am able to print, however, the printer only prints in black and white (even with the color option selected from the print menu).  I have tried running a diagnostic fix and I am able to print a test page that will show the print colors.  When I then try to print another document in color, I only get a black and white copy.  The ink level in the color cartridge is more than sufficient as well.  Is there any other fix I can try to restore color printing?

Hello,

I have the same problem-cannot print from color from my . I install the HP Easy Start - get all the way through, sign into  account then it tells me to choose your software and driver. It recommends HP Smart. which is what i thought i was already installing. Then i click next and it says Microsoft Store is blocked. Code 0x800704EC. I've been at this all day today. And this isn't my first time trying to fix this issue. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to throw the printer out the window! Can you help?
