Cant enroll to insta ink again after cancelling my subscription

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello on the 4th of last month It canceled my insta ink subscription on the 1st of this month march and now I am trying re enroll but it is not letting me. The options under my plan says what they are but they are greyed out and won't let me click. It just says that it is not enrolled and I am trying my best to re enroll please help!
