Cardridge in wrong slot error after firmware update

Hello,

 

My printer was set to update automatically and installed the new firmware during the night of 05-04-2021.

When i wanted to print something i noticed the error that all cardridges are in the wrong slot.

 

I followed all the steps provided on the forms, but none of them work. Is it possible to downgrade the firmware to the last version i've read some articles that it should fix the issue? I have an HP officejet 6950 and never had any problems with it until now.

Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade.

 

Let's try to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
