Cartbridge problems

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I just replaced new cartbridges in my printer and the HP smart spp shows that there is a problem with one of them. This is the first time happening. What do you think I should do? Thank you.

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Are you using HP ink cartridges?

For now, perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
