HP DeskJet 3639 All-in-One Printer

I have subscribed to instant ink a year ago and only today started using the delivered HP cartridges from Instant Ink program. Color cartridge is working fine, but for black I get error 'Not Intended for Use in Current Device'. So, both cartridges are from Instant Ink program, freshly opened.

Are you still subscribed to instant ink? If not, then these cartridges will not work and you will need to purchase standard retail cartridges. If you are still subscribed, see this article on common questions and solutions https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-PLANS-INK-AND-TONER/ta-p/7924839

Thank you for your replay but it is not helpful.

As mentioned, I am subscribed to Instant Ink and received 2 cartridges  (Black and Color) from HP, as a part of Instant Ink subscription. Color works, black is not working with status mentioned in the title.
