Cartridge 64/303

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had print jobs totally printing page black. Support is sending new cartridge to fix. Was supposed be here on 12th and now on 17th. Terrible my service! I went to office depot and bought the plain number 64 without the 303 included. I keep getting a reinstall the cartridge correctly error. I can put in old one and no error but empty be from cad print on jobs. Any  ideas?
