Cartridge Error:We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink level

Hello there,

 

I recently signed up for the HP Instant Ink program. However, when I go to my Instant Ink account to check shipment status, it give me the following error for my depleted yellow cartridge: "We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels."

 

The cartridge is a genuine HP ink cartridge. Some help would be appreciated.

I understand you are not able to check the Instant Ink shipment status.

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the internet. As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

For anyone who has this issue in the future: your welcome package will contain all the cartridges necessary for your printer, even if your instant ink account shows an error regarding the shipment of one of the cartridges.
