Hi Community, 

 

i was changing the ink cartridge and a message popped up on the LaserJet Pro MFP MA28fdw stating: 

 

“Unable to read cartridge data from the indicated cartridges. Reinstall the cartridge. If the problem persists, record the message and contact support.”
