Cartridge Problem - Black colour - HP ENVY PHOTO 6220

HP Recommended

There is a  'cartridge problem' error message, it tells me to "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge".

It is the black cartridge that is having this issue, and I have tried the solutions listed, but it still keeps saying there is a problem.

I want to order a replacement cartridge and I am subscribed to instant ink.

How can I do this?
