I'm getting a "cartridge problem" error for my colour cartridge. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps as shown on the support website for this error with no resolution (cleaned contacts on cartridge & printer, pulled pwer cord to reset printer, reseated cartrided). I would like to request a new colour cartridge as I don't have one. I can't get through to live chat or phone support.
In addition the Instant Ink home page won't now connect to my printer; is that issue linked to the above?
Any help would be appreciated.
Update 11/1/2020 : I managed to contact HP by phone and they were vert helpful. The printer still works if you take the offending cartridge out and this also solves the connection problem too.
