My printer is a HP Envy 5020. I have persistent Cartridge Problem messages, I've worked through the troubleshooting document and the virtual assistant and it has failed to resolve the problem. In addition, I get an Align error message when I dismiss the Printer Cartridge e

- Which ink cartridge is indicated in the error?
- This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode.
- Insert one ink cartridge at a time and try printing to identify the defective ink cartridge.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge, and the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
