I have a problem with my printer 

It recently started saying cartridge problem - I have replaced, cleaned, reset and talked to the useless HP assist bot. Is there any way to cancel the error message?

I also was having the same issue - with my tri-color cartridge- only way for me to fix it was to just remove the color cartridge and let the printer print in "single cartridge" mode for just black... Hope that helps... Slightly suspicious that we are all having similar issues at the same time... possible bad update?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a cartridge failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
