Product: HP 63 Ink Cartridge
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I do not use Instant Ink Cartridges for my ink refill.  I do order from HP or Amazon when it is time for my ink to be replaced.  I currently have about 5 depleted HP 63 ink cartridges for my HP Officejet 3830 printer.  I would like to recycle these cartridges'.  Can you tell me where I can get a recycle envelope or box for these depleted ink cartridges?

I understand you would like to recycle the old/empty ink cartridges. Kindly refer to this document - How to Recycle Toner Cartridges Responsibly
