So I went to print something this morning and saw the kids had run out 2 of my coloured inks. I went online to order some and I came upon HP Instant Ink. I thought it sounded good so I signed up.

After signing up it shows that it has sent me a black and Cyan cartridge. The two that I still have ink for... The yellow and Magenta are depleted and it is showing this error message - Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels.

I have turned off the printer and tried reinstalling those cartridges, but the error message stays the same. How do I fix this?

Just a FYI if someone has the same issue. I contacted Support via Whatsapp and they have ordered the other 2 cartridges for me 🙂
