HP Envy Photo 7155

I have the cartridge problem error(remove and replace) for the tricolor ink cartridge. There is no pc being connected, I have yet to actually reach the setup page since the error is the first thing it shows after booting. I have tried the posted troubleshooting tips (cleaning the cartridge and cartridge readers, hard reset, soft reset, double resets, all with one cartridge, again with the other cartridge, switched cartridges, and no cartridges. The cartridges are brand new out of the package not an hour ago. Number is 64 black, 65 tri-chrom. The previous color cartridge was HR00064XL. I currently have the old one in and it's in single cartridge mode, which is a temporary solution. Any one have a permanent solution before I toss my 3rd and final hp machine in the garbage?

@ChGills, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
