Product: HP Envy 5532
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer shows a print tri colour cartridge error and say the cartridge must be replaced . I have an instant ink programme but no replacement cartridge. I have followed the advice to clean and replace the cartridge but still the same message.
