Posting again as the previous HP Support agent has ghosted us. HP support on this so far has been a real shame!
We got a incompatibility problem with cartridge when we moved country. We tried calling the support center for hours, but they did not know how to help. We found in the forum that we need an reseting code, so we called again and asked them for it, but still they did not know how to help and in the end told us that they were not allowed to stay on with us more than 10 minutes. We saw that lots of people had the same problem, which makes it even more surprising the ***bleep*** of the HP support. Could someone please give us some help about how to get this reset code and resolve this issue?
