Cartridge install errors,inkljet Envy 7645, says reinstall . I have and swapped out both cartridges

HP Recommended
Envy 7645
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 7645 printer, keeps saying that ink cartridges are not installed correctly.  Have done so multiple times but no luck,  Using HP ink. Also cleaned ink contacts on printer

I'm also having this error but with an HP Envy 4512. It seems to be only the color cartridge for me. I am using HP OEM ink cartridges... I've cleaned them, blew air into cavity, etc. Once able to have printer recognize the color cartridge, it works beautifully (half full). I noticed it happening a few days before KC2754 submitted their query... was there some kind of firmware push?
