@isunilbhati21, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP printer is having trouble recognizing the cartridge. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Remove and Reinstall the Cartridge:
- Open the printer cover and remove the indicated cartridge.
- Check for any protective tape or plugs on the cartridge and remove them.
- Reinsert the cartridge into its slot, ensuring it clicks into place.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Clean the Cartridge Contacts:
- Remove the cartridge again and gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.
Check Cartridge Compatibility:
- Ensure the cartridge is compatible with your printer model. Sometimes, using an incorrect cartridge can cause errors.
