Hi @Ahb17,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing a cartridge jam with your HP printer, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Open the printer cover and gently remove the jammed cartridge.
  3. Check the cartridge and remove any torn or damaged pieces of paper, if any.
  4. Make sure the cartridge is installed correctly and securely.
  5. Check for any other obstructions, such as small pieces of paper, and remove them.
  6. Close the printer cover and plug the printer back in.
  7. Turn the printer back on and try printing again.

If the cartridge jam persists, you may need to clean the printer's rollers, as they may be dirty or worn out. Refer to your printer manual for instructions on how to clean the rollers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
