I have received my second set of cartridges which worked for a couple of weeks but is now showing ‘cartridge not communicating’.

I went through help centre, cleaned with distilled water which didn’t work.  Tried to update printer but page is no longer available.  
no idea what to do and no one to speak to about it. What’s frustrating is that it is communicating well enough to print shed loads of test prints!!!!

 

any ideas anyone?

 

oh yea and I tried turning it off for 60 seconds 😐
