- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
May I know the operating system windows or Mac OS?
Since when are you facing this issue
Have you made any changes on your printer post that this issue raised and have you observed any light blinking or any error code on the display?
May I know if you are using genuine cartridges
Could you please elaborate on the issue?
