HP Envy 5020

Hi, I have a printer error coming up:

"Cartridge Problem - remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed"

I've done this several times, tried turning if off and on again and cleaning the contacts without any job.  I'm subscribed to the HP Instant Ink but can't find a telephone number anywhere for UK Customer Support.  Is there anyone on here who may be able to help?  I can see similar posts which suggested a potentially dodgy cartridge and then if I got HP to ship out a replacement that could well fix it - how do I go about this though please?

Any advice gratefully received!

Thanks
