I want to replace the empty black cartridge. Unfortunately this is not possible, since the black cartridge is stuck in the right side of the printer and I cannot reach it. I can only reach the colour cartridge now. Normally, the cartridges would move to the center when opening the cartridge chamber (don't know how to call it, but I mean the upper ''lid'' of the printer), but this time, this doesn't happen. They are stuck in the right side. How do I move the cartridges to the center of the printer so that I can reach the black cartridge as well?
