I've got a tricolour cartridge H302 on which says “Replaces HP 302”, yet the printer shows an error “Incompatible cartridges” and does not allow me to print anything

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Please refer to this document for steps to find the product details. To find out a different option to recognize the Product details on the HP Product, please check zeros and O may be similar, and Numeric 5 and alphabet S may look similar so please check and try it should work
