Deskjet 2600
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I bought this Deskjet last year but have only gotten around to trying to use it.  The cartridges are new and full but will not print either cartridge on the paper.  I have updated firmware and followed all steps on the HP website, including removing/reinstalling the cartridges, cleaning and re-aligning the heads but nothing happens when I try to print although the paper does go through the printer but comes out blank. Is the unit faulty? Unfortunately, it is now out of the warranty period although I have not used it 😞

That's unfortunate. If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

You have to be joking - you call this post "support"! There is NO WAY I would obtain another HP printer based on the problems with this printer after no usage AND the pathetic "support" comment. DISGUSTED.
