Cartucho Vazio

Comprei 2 cartuchos para uma cliente porém o preto não sai tinta alguma e o colorido somente o Magenta e Amarelo

Os cartuchos vieram lacrados do meu revendedor e ao consultar falaram que após 7 dias a garantia é com a HP

Como são de uma cliente tenho urgência na resolução

Obs: Já foram feitos todos os procedimentos recomendados no site da HP

I bought 2 cartridges for a customer, but the black one doesn't produce any ink and the color one only produces Magenta and Yellow.

The cartridges came sealed from my dealer and when I asked them, they said that after 7 days the warranty is with HP.

Since they are from a customer, I urgently need to resolve the issue.

Note: All procedures recommended on the HP website have already been followed.
