HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d

I am purchasing a second print head HP950 for the HP Officeet 8100 Pro printer. Both heads are not identified by the printer as compatible or missing, although the ink level is visible through them and that the cartridges are not original. Is it possible that I need to somehow install a new head in the printer software or just a second time faulty head from Aliexpress. The old print head works correctly, but, unfortunately, has irreparable defects in the nozzles

Hi @lavan1956,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Yes, this looks like you may have to replace the printhead. However, the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
