Product: HP Smart Tank 515

Hello my sister bought this printer back in Saudi Arabia and now she went home to the Philippines, there is a problem with the printhead and needed to be changed. But she was advised to buy a printhead from Saudi to fix this problem, is there any way i can fix this and just  buy a printhead here in PH?, I've read here some conversations that you can do regionalization reset? I still have the original printhead here of the printer. Please help. Thank you so much.
