Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer which I bought and used in Italy. I would like to use the printer in the United States with cartridges bought in the United States. Could you help me change the region of my printer?

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
