Product: HP Envy 5020

Changed black cartridge in my printer, now only printing half of each sentence (if at all), and some pages not printing black at all. Have tried cleaning and aligning.  Also, can I claim my wasted pages back from HP? about 20 pages wasted trying to solve this issue.
