Hi @Murph09,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your printer after changing the black ink cartridge and clearing a paper jam. The error code 6206A263 indicates a specific problem, but without more information about your printer model, it might be challenging to provide a precise solution.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

Here is the link to find the product number:- Click here

Here are some general steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. Check if the error persists.

Check for Obstructions: Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Open all access doors and remove any paper stuck in the rollers.

Reinstall the Black Ink Cartridge: Ensure that the black ink cartridge is correctly installed. Remove it and reinsert it to make sure it's securely in place.

Check for Software Updates: Visit the HP  website and check for any available firmware or software updates for your printer model. Updating the printer's software may resolve compatibility issues:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
