Changed ink cartridge and now not printing cyan or magenta

HP Recommended

Printer advised to change ink cartridge. Once changed will not print cyan and magenta. Have followed advice to clean cartridges and realign but no change. First day of using the printer, had to change the set up cartridge and now problems printing. Not a good start.
