color laser jet pro mfp m183fw

I tried changing the ink cartridges on my color laser jet pro mfp m183fw and it says that you have to remove this tiny tiny chip out of the old cartridge and put it in the new cartridge.  We dropped/lost one of the chips and now i cannot find anywhere to buy a new one.  They don't come with the new cartridge's either.  Now my printer won't work.  HELP!

I am going to assume that you purchased 3rd party toner for your printer as I do not believe that HP makes any cartridge that requires you to transfer the toner chip. This is one of the ways that 3rd party sell toner so cheap because the chips are not cheap. You may find someone on Ebay selling chips but failing that you are probably going to have to buy a new OEM cartridge.
