Changing printers and instant ink
12-14-2020 03:14 PM

1) My current printer has developed ink replacement issues and I can't get it to work after inserting two different cartridges at two different times. I thought about buying a new HP printer but it uses different cartridges. So my question is, if I get a new printer, what do I do with my extra cartridges and how do I get credit for them towards different ones?
2) Also, the printer fails after I change an ink cartridge. I got it to work again once, but then had to change a 2nd cartridge, and this time I can't get it to work again at all, even after shutting down and pulling the cord and reconnecting. I'm very discouraged with the poor customer service: chats don't work, no way to email for support found, phone number just sends you back to the failed support page. Very frustrating. Please help.

If you are using instant ink cartridges, once you replace the printer the old cartridges must be returned to HP.
And could brief me on the cartridge issue, where you receiving an error, or was there a quality issue?
