Hi I purchased a printer last week and can't claim my 4 months free ink. When I print the page off with the code on / printers eMail address it doesn't print either of them. It says the printer has not been set to install updates automatically.and aload of other writing. I'm sure I set it up for auto up dates and if I haven't I can't find how I can. I only have a few days left to claim and now it's saying to claim my 3 months instead of 4.
